EVERY VOICE MATTERS
Every voice deserves a seat at the table. Regardless of race, caste, class, gender, sexuality, disability or background, communication should make people feel seen, respected and included.
Hi, I’m Lakshi.
Collaborators often call me a bridge-builder. I’ve never been comfortable staying in just one lane, and that’s shaped the way I work.
Over the years, my work has taken me from reporting on India’s elections to supporting digital transformation initiatives for the Togolese government from Berlin. I’ve worked across digital governance, migration, climate policy, healthcare, business and sustainable development, collaborating with governments, think tanks, international organisations and mission-driven businesses.
Journalism taught me to ask better questions. Public policy taught me to think in systems. Communications taught me that even the strongest ideas need the right people behind them. Today, I bring those experiences together to help organisations navigate complexity, build partnerships and move ideas into the conversations where they can make a difference.
I enjoy connecting expertise across sectors, creating the conversations that matter and helping ambitious projects move from good ideas to meaningful action.
Where my work concentrates — and the questions that drive it.
I'm especially interested in the maturing dynamic between the EU and India, and in how institutions can rebuild trust with the public through clearer, more honest communication.
Principles over playbooks. Conversations over checklists. This is what guides the way I think, write and collaborate.
Every voice deserves a seat at the table. Regardless of race, caste, class, gender, sexuality, disability or background, communication should make people feel seen, respected and included.
The why should always come before the how. Every framework, recommendation and communication plan should earn its place. By understanding the problem first, I make sure every step has a clear purpose and moves the work towards a meaningful outcome.
The world is rarely black and white. I don't believe in reducing complex issues to neat soundbites. I'd rather ask difficult questions, acknowledge the trade-offs and communicate with honesty and context.
The best work doesn't end with a final deliverable. The strongest partnerships are built on trust, open dialogue and a shared commitment to moving the work forward. As priorities evolve, I'm here to refine ideas, navigate new challenges and help you keep the momentum going.
The rituals, stories and sounds that shape how I see the world.
Coffee gets all the credit. Chai gets most of the work done.
I am drawn to stories of migration because they remind me that home is not always where you are from. It is also what you build along the way.
I have learned as much from taxi rides, park benches, delayed flights, grandmothers, and chance encounters as I have from conference rooms.
It is one of those places I keep returning to. Every video or essay leaves me looking at the ordinary a little differently.
Guru Dutt on quiet evenings. Bon Iver on rainy days. Amy Winehouse when nothing else fits. Tiny Desk, anytime. And Afrobeats when I need to dance the overthinking away.
Bring me the messy version. The half-written proposal. The voice note. The 17-tab Google Doc. The idea you can't quite explain yet. But I connect dots that usually live in different departments. No endless decks. No ideas left on paper. Let’s get to work. Ps. NO PRESSURE...
