FT3 Impact Report: From Promise to Practice
The challenge
The From Testing to Targeted Treatments initiative needed an impact report that showed progress in personalised medicine and avoided a catalogue of activities. It had to speak to health system leaders, industry, researchers and patient advocates who had already heard plenty of promises.
The approach
I wrote key sections and helped shape the report’s editorial direction. I brought together programme achievements, research and stakeholder perspectives into one consistent account of what had changed and why it mattered.
The outcome
The publication gave FT3 a credible account of its progress and a clear narrative for audiences across healthcare, policy and patient advocacy.
